Shipping costs are not refundable. Books are not returnable. CDs, DVDs and video tapes can be returned if unopened. All other items are returnable within 30 days of purchase if returned in like-new condition. Simply return the items, with your packing slip, to the address from which the package was shipped along with an explanation.
